I HAVE A CHILD WITH CANCER, HOW CAN I GET A CHEMO DUCK FOR THEM?
Send an email to lu@chemoduck.org with the following information:
• Child's name and age
* Parent's name
• Type of central line required (Port or Hickman broviac)
• Mailing address.
None of your information will be shared.

I HAVE NO FUNDS FOR A CHEMO DUCK FOR MY CHILD, CAN I STILL GET ONE?
There is never a charge to families living with cancer.

CAN I STILL HELP THE PROGRAM?
If you find Chemo Duck useful we encourage you to share your experience with friends and family in the hopes that they might consider a donation to the program to help other families in need of Chemo Duck. You can also share your story on with us and receive a Chemo duck gift pack.

I'S LIKE TO GET A DUCK FOR A CHILD WITH CANCER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
You can "ADOPT" a duck for a child. The online donation form allows you to enter the name of the child to receive the Duck. If you choose to mail in the donation please write a note on the back of the donation form to let us know the name and address of the recipient.

WILL THE FAMILY KNOW WHO PROVIDED THE DUCK FOR THEM?
The online form provides a space for your personal message. If you choose to mail in the donation you can write a note on the back of the sheet. Gabe's My Heart will include a card with the Duck with notification of your kind gift.

I'D LIKE TO HELP A CHILD WITH CANCER BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A DUCK, BUT I HAVE NO PARTICULAR CHILD IN MIND. CAN I STILL HELP?
The "ADOPT A DUCK" program allows you to provide a duck to a child waiting for a duck without knowing them.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHO RECIEVED THE CHEMO DUCK I ADOPTED?
If you wish, Gabe's My Heart will provide a card to the family notifying them of your kind donation. We can provide the family with your contact information; however we do not provide donors with names or addresses of our clients. Please be aware of the fact that Chemo Ducks are provided to families at a very hard time in their lives and so sometimes it can take families quite some time to be ready to write Thank You notes or contact donors.

CAN I ADOPT A DUCK IN MEMORY OR HONOR OF SOMEONE ELSE?
Gabe's My Heart will be glad to provide a card to notify your loved ones that a donation has been made in their name.

I AM AN ADULT WITH CANCER WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP MY CHILDREN UNDERSTAND MY CANCER TREATMENT. CAN I GET A DUCK FOR THEM?

CAN ADULTS RECEIVE A CHEMO DUCK?
